Bf weevil custom missing in simple native trainer mod

For some reason, today, two multiplayer vehicles disapeared from my saved menu in simple trainer vehicle save and loader. It basically said, "not found" and when I try to load it, it persists with saying, "not found loaded" when I try to load in the Bf weevil custom from the vehicle spawner instead, it does nothing. keep in mind I only have this problem with the Bf Weevil Custom. If anyone has faced this problem and found a solution, I would be extremely grateful. Thanks in advance
